Payment Terms

Payment may be made by debit or credit card using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or American Express - there are no card surcharges
When using a card issued outside the UK your card issuer will debit your account in local your currency at an exchange rate determined by them
Payment is taken from your card at the time of booking and the booking is then confirmed. Flexible bookings may be amended up to 24 hours before arrival, subject to any additional payment required or partial refund which may be due
Any extra days charges due must be settled before departure from the car park.

Booking Terms

Booking Confirmation
A booking reference number is provided when booking online or by phone
Booking Amendments / Cancellation
Use the Manage My Booking page to advise us of any amendments or cancellations to your booking (flexible bookings only)
Alternatively you may call us free on 0800 888 6 444 for assistance
There is no fee for amending or cancelling a flexible booking with us. Restrictions apply on non flexible bookings.
Cancellation - Customer
Flexible Bookings - You have the right to cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Non-Flexible Bookings - Once booked it is not possible to amend your date of arrival or cancel your booking.
Cancellation - Paige Airport Parking
Paige Airport Parking reserve the right to cancel a booking at its discretion. In such circumstances, a full refund will be provided and notification will be sent via the email address provided by the customer, at the time of booking.
Price Quoted
The price quoted at the time of booking includes VAT at the rate of 20%
The exact time of arrival or departure on any given day does not affect the price quoted. The price is calculated on the number of nights your car is parked
Overstays (applicable from midnight) are charged at £10 per day, payable on return to the Car Park
No refund will apply for early return
Booking is valid for single entry/exit only
A booking cannot be amended once a vehicle has checked in under its booking reference
Our Responsibility
We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage caused to your vehicle whilst on our premises except for collision damage caused by our parking operatives. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the car park. Claims for environmental contaminates, surface scratches, tyres or windows cannot be considered.
Your vehicle will undergo a condition check before being parked. Any significant damage will be recorded and photographed prior to any movement
Paige Airport Parking no longer accept Vans, Pick-ups, Campers or Commercial Vehicles. The company reserves the right to refuse entry of these vehicles, and will provide customers with a full booking refund
Your vehicle will remain on-site at all times
Should your vehicle fail to start we will assist where possible, and/or call your breakdown service provider
Paige provide 24 hour courtesy buses offering direct transfer to the Airport. Customers are under no obligation to use this service, and it does not form part of your parking charge. No refund is due should you make alternate Airport transfer arrangements.
Please allow 20 minutes for Shuttle Bus departure & collection - Please note this time may increase during periods of Airport traffic congestion and cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure you call for collection on 07807 200808 as per your return card instructions
The journey time for Airport transfer is normally 12 to 15 minutes, however this can increase where we encounter Airport congestion
Your Responsibility
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to park and catch the shuttle service - 30 minutes recommended in addition to the earliest check-in time advised by your airline
We regret we cannot accept any responsibility if you miss your flight. Please request a taxi if you are running late (approximate charge £12)
Your vehicle will be parked by one of our Parking Operatives - please ensure only the vehicle keys are handed over to us
Please ensure all valuables are removed from your vehicle as claims for loss or damage cannot be accepted
Paige Airport Parking provide vehicle storage only. Should your vehicle develop an electrical or mechanical fault you remain responsible for its resolution. We will nonetheless provide all reasonable assistance
If your car has a faulty or sensitive alarm, we reserve the right to deactivate it
Disabled Passengers
Paige Airport Parking will take all reasonable steps to accommodate disabled passengers, please notify us of your requirements
Please note, Paige Airport Parking operate Minibuses and are therefore unable to accommodate wheelchair users at this time
Transportation
No pets (other than guide dogs) are allowed on the shuttle bus
Responsible Behaviour
Paige Airport Parking will not allow any customer to park on its premises or board its Shuttle Buses, whereby:
  • they demonstrate aggressive behaviour towards its staff or customers
  • it is believed they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
