FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Enter the arrival and return dates in the Instant Quote section. Your quotes will appear. Choose your booking option to proceed to the details section. Once complete you will be taken to the secure online payments section. Once payment is made a booking confirmation page is displayed which can be printed. We also send a confirmation email to the address you gave us when booking.

After you have made a booking, we will send you the details to the email address you have provided. You may find it useful to bring this confirmation with you as it also contains information on how to find us.

If you have made a Flexible booking with us there are no cancellation or amendment fees. Non flexible bookings have been offered at a discount on our flexible booking price. As such these bookings cannot be refunded if cancelled.

If you are a Paige Privilege customer or a registered user, you can do this by logging on through My Account, select the booking you wish to view, amend or cancel, and then follow the on screen instructions.

For all other customers you can access your booking quickly through the Manage My Booking option, then enter your Booking Confirmation Number and email ID used to make the original booking. For assistance please call our Customer Service team.

Yes. Your card details are entered into a secure on-line payment gateway provided by HSBC. Paige Airport Parking do not retain your card details, and are fully PCI-DSS compliant.

The booking confirmation page contains sufficient information to serve as a VAT receipt. The email confirmation we send you also can be printed and used as a VAT receipt.
